What We Offer / Services

When booking a stay at Cotswold Park Barns, you are booking direct with us, the owners of the property, who also live on the estate.  This can make a huge difference when making your choice of venue.  Most large venues are run by management companies and you, as the client, are expected to arrive and look after yourselves.

Here, we do things a bit differently.  You are booking a venue that is situated on our farm where we live, and we take great pride in making sure that you have an amazing stay with us.

We are always here (or someone will be!!), so you are safe in the knowledge that if there is a problem, or you need some help, we will be here to help!  We live down below the Barns, so you dont need to see us at all during your stay, but we are here if you need us!

You have your own access, driveway and parking - so your privacy and exclusivity are guaranteed.

Meet and Greet

The personal touch is everything at Cotswold Park Barns.  When ever a group comes to stay here there wil always be someone here to show you around, explain how everything works and to make sure you are happy with everything.

On the day of your departure we will come up and see you and say goodbye.

Throughout your stay

We, as the owners, will always be contactable throughout your stay, in case you have any questions or you need advice on something in the Barns.

Corporate Off-Sites

We offer an Event Management Service - this means that throughout your off-site we will be available to you at any time to ensure your event runs smoothly.  This maybe helping with extra shopping, providing extra equipment, last minute changes of bedrooms, clearing up after meal times - all giving the host the peace of mind that everything will be perfect!

If you need advice on activities or events nearby to The Barns, let us know and we will try and steer you in the right direction, or if possible try and book on your behalf.

Catering

We have an excellent choice of caterers who will come to the Barns - just let us know what you are looking (type of catering, budgets etc) for and we will provide suitable options.  

On-Site Extras

We have available to hire a wood fired Hot Tub that we will prepare and heat up for you at an extra cost - all you need to do is bring a towel and jump in!

We have a tennis court available - bring your own raquets and balls!!

We will direct you in the right direction for lovely countryside walks, some of which remain in our 200 acre farm - so you really cannot get lost!
