The health, safety and security of our guests is our highest priority. Please take a moment to take note of how we are providing a safe environment to welcome our guests.

We are very excited to open up our Barns from Saturday 4th July - complying with Government guidelines.

Please note: all Covid-19 policies are based on current UK government guidelines and are being constantly reviewed based on the latest advice. With that in mind, some of the information you receive at the time of booking may be out of date by the time you arrive at the Barns. We will keep you in touch with any changes.

We have updated out terms and conditions to take account of Covid-19

How we are trying to minimise any risk here at Cotswold Park Barns

Our housekeeping team will wear the necessary PPE whilst cleaning the Barns. They will take extra time and care to sanitise door handles, light switches, remote controls and any regularly touched items and areas. We will air the Barns thoroughly.   We take great pride in how clean we keep our Barns and this will only make the standard even higher.

We will provide Hand Sanitiser in the Barns and we ask that you use it when you can. We also provide soaps in every bathroom.

Unfortunately we will be removing items such as children’s toys, outdoor toys and board games from Barns for the foreseeable, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. We ask that you please make sure these are taken home with you.

We will leave magazines for you to read, but we ask that if you read any of these or touch them, to leave them out flat and not on top of each other at the end of your stay, so that they are not touched for a couple of days.

We ask that all guests follow the government guidelines of social distancing and washing hands regularly. This is the responsibility of the guest.

It is important that all guests depart no later than the time agreed when booking and do not arrive before the agreed time at booking, so there is no crossover between our staff & guests, and we have as much time as possible to air and sanitise the property. We will ensure that there is at least 2 days and 2 nights between every booking.

We also ask that you make sure the house is tidy, you have removed all rubbish from all bins and elsewhere before you leave, and you have taken all your belongings as you will not be able to reenter after your departure.

If you would like to assist us in protecting our staff, we’d be particularly grateful if you could strip your beds, and leave the linen neatly on the end of the beds.  This will enormously reduce the ‘handling’ of used bed linen for our staff, and so reduce any risk to them. Thank you.

We would like to thank you for your co-operation in these difficult times.
