Two of the bedrooms are suitable for a wheelchair user and one of them having an ensuite annexe that can accommodate a carer / nurse
Up to 4 children could be added to your numbers by using the annexes adjacent to the 2 bedrooms in the Hay Barn

6 of the bedrooms are in the Dairy, which is joined to the Threshing Barn and 4 more are across the courtyard in the Hay Barn.
2 of the bedrooms in the Hay Barn have annexes that are able to accommodate 2 children / nanny
